If you coach one client and want a free tool indefinitely, Trainerize's free plan is real. If your whole workflow is structured program delivery — no AI meal planning, video calls or integrated payments — you won't hit the add-ons, and Trainerize's base plan is genuinely affordable at that scope. Its 3,000+ exercise videos are also a real strength.
