Analytics & Reports

Track what matters — client progress, compliance, and the health of your coaching business.

Dashboard KPIs Explained

Your coach dashboard opens with a row of key metrics that give you a pulse on your business and client engagement at a glance. Analytics features are available from Growth plans and above.

  • Active Clients — Clients who have logged at least one activity in the past 7 days.
  • Workout Compliance — Percentage of scheduled sessions completed across all clients this week.
  • Nutrition Compliance — Percentage of days where clients logged all meals and hit within 10% of their calorie target.
  • Monthly Revenue — Total subscription payments collected this calendar month (requires Stripe Connect to be active).
  • Check-in Rate — Percentage of clients who submitted their weekly check-in on time.

Advanced analytics with trend charts and cohort comparisons are available on Pro plans. Studio plans add a team-level dashboard showing aggregate metrics across all coaches in your account.

Client Analytics and Progress

Individual client analytics are accessible from Client Detail → Analytics. This view shows a timeline of the client's key metrics over the selected date range:

  • Body weight trend — Smoothed line chart of logged weigh-ins.
  • Strength progression — Select any exercise to see a lifting history chart.
  • Workout volume — Sets and total tonnage per week.
  • Calorie and macro trends — Daily intake versus target, averaged by week.
  • Check-in scores — Self-rated energy, motivation, and sleep scores from submitted check-ins.

Use the date range picker to zoom into a specific programme phase or compare periods before and after a nutrition change.

AI Weekly Reports

AI weekly reports are available on Pro plans and above. Each Monday, the platform generates a written summary for each of your clients, analysing the prior week's data and highlighting key patterns.

A typical report includes:

  • Workout adherence and any missed sessions
  • Nutrition consistency and notable over- or under-eating days
  • Body weight movement and trend direction
  • Notable PRs or regressions
  • A brief recommended focus for the coming week

Reports appear under Client Detail → Reports. You can edit any AI-generated text before sharing it with the client via the Share Report button, which sends it as a message in their chat thread.

Revenue and Billing Reports

Revenue reporting is visible in Dashboard → Analytics → Revenue. It requires an active Stripe Connect account. See the Billing & Payments guide for setup.

The revenue tab shows:

  • Monthly recurring revenue (MRR) — Total active subscription charges per month.
  • One-time payments — Single package sales.
  • Revenue by client — Which clients are on which packages.
  • Upcoming renewals — Subscriptions renewing in the next 30 days.
  • Failed payments — Clients whose payment did not process, so you can follow up.

Exporting Data

You can export client data and business reports at any time. Go to Settings → Export Data.

Available exports include:

  • Client roster — Names, email addresses, join dates, and current programme (CSV).
  • Workout logs — Full exercise history for one or all clients (CSV).
  • Nutrition logs — Daily food diary entries per client (CSV).
  • Check-in responses — All form submissions (CSV).
  • Revenue report — Payment history from Stripe (CSV).

Exports are generated in the background and sent to your account email address when ready. Large exports covering many clients may take a few minutes to prepare.
